Albert Baldeo successfully advocates for elevator at Lefferts stop

Mr. Joseph B. Raskin, Assistant Director, Government and Community Relations of the MTA New York City Transit has confirmed that the last stop of the “A” train to Richmond Hill has been approved for an elevator. However, he estimated 2014 as the installation date, but could not explain why the wait was so long, especially since other neighborhoods have a shorter turnaround time.
